We were privileged to use André’s services to successfully sell our house and buy a condo, the latter a new experience for us. This process spanned over a period of about two years; at first in a declining sellers’ market and then in the trying time of the Covid lockdown.

He lives out his philosophy that the client is not just a number. Any question on our part was addressed thoroughly, patiently and with honesty, always as soon as possible. We never doubted his integrity, where he would strive to find the best outcome for us, but never at the expense of the party on the other side of the table. He showed true character in 2018, when we were unable to sell the house in a falling market, by not pressuring us to sell at a reduced, undervalued amount. We certainly benefited from his advice to perhaps withdraw the house from the market at that time and wait out the uncertainty.

He showed continuous interest in a successful outcome for us, from the very beginning to weeks after completion of the move. For example, where we had questions not related to the property transaction (e.g. heat pump noise in the condo), he went out of his way to propose alternative approaches to find the answers and pointing us to potential resources.

He won our confidence early in the journey, with his calm and assertive demeanour, which is rooted in a varied business career and profound knowledge of the real estate industry.
